Children
We love children and offer our child watch services (The Tree House) for your convenience. Please call for hours and prices.

Cancellation
Because our Spa services are reserved for you we ask that, to avoid charges, you notify us 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cell phones
In consideration of other guests, we ask that all cell phones be turned off while in the Spa.

Valuables
We regret that we cannot be responsible for personal articles. Please leave all valuables at home.

Spa Rewards Loyalty Program

What is “Spa Rewards”?
Spa Rewards are points earned as part of a loyalty program at Ahhh, The Spa at Tamarac. This is a FREE program and is presented as a courtesy to our clients. There is no cost or obligation.

How do I earn points?

• Earn rewards for every dollar spent on services/treatments or product purchases.
• Automatically receive 100 points on your first visit.
• Try a “new” service and earn 100 additional points each time.
• Refer a NEW client to the spa receive 1000 points. Make sure they name you as a referral on their Health History form).
• Earn 100 points for filling out our survey. Please make sure you put your name as the answer to the last question.
• Packages (not single treatments/services) if paid in full at time of purchases (no installment payments) receive 200 points.

What do I recieve for my points?
Spa Reward points have no cash value and can only be redeemed for a service at the time of service.

Below are the redemption levels:

Redeem 1,000 points for $10 toward a service or product
Redeem 2,000 points for $20 toward a service or product
Redeem 3,000 points for $30 toward a service or product
Redeem 4,000 points for $40 toward a service or product
Redeem 5,000 points for $50 toward a service or product

Rules

• Spa Rewards cannot be shared or distributed. Each client accumulates points separately.
• Use them or loose them! Points expire each July 1st, the year after they are issued.
  (For example, all points issued during 2009 will expire 7/1/2010).
• Ahhh, The Spa at Tamarac may, at its own discretion, terminate or change the rewards program at any time.
• Refunds will remove correlating points from rewards point totals.
• Points cannot be redeemed for cash or the purchase of gift cards.
