Tamarac Running Clubs
Club meets Saturdays in May in the lobby at 8 a.m.
Beginner Club meets Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5 p.m.
Cost:  Free!  All levels and distances welcome!!

Tai Chi Classes
Eight week series begins Monday, May 6
Beginner Class: 3 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Intermediate Class: 4 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Super Intermediate: 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. 
Cost:  $20 Citizens, $30 non-Citizens

Registered Dietician Amy Robinson will be set up to show you how to make some healthy treats for Mother’s Day.

Youth Fit Group Classes – Session 2
May 13 to June 9 (4 weeks for ages 3 to 18)
Cost: $60 for a month pass to all of the classes
Kid’s Yoga, Kid’s Fitness Circuit, Pee Wee P.E., Teen Kickboxing, T-Fit, and Sport Performance Training.  Contact the Welcome Center for more information and to register.

5 Meals / 1 Prep Day – Nutrition Booth

Fitness Strategies to Improve Your Balance
Wednesday, May 22, 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.
Cost: Free, public welcome.
As we age, we don’t challenge our balance like we may have when we were younger and more adventurous.  Subsequently, our bodies lose practice and we become more and more unstable. Learn how to challenge your balance in a controlled and safe setting to improve your overall safety and agility.
