What is Rural FitKids360?
Rural FitKids360 is a 16-week healthy lifestyle program. During the program you will learn about ways to change your habits, eat better and be active.

Who is Rural FitKids360 for?
Rural FitKids360 is for children ages 6 to 18 and their parents or support partners.
