New You is a medically-supervised program for rapid and safe weight loss with skill building to help you learn how to keep off the weight that you will lose. Our emphasis is on health and weight management, not dieting.

New You informational sessions are free of charge and afford you the opportunity to explore this weight loss option and meet the health educators with no obligation to join. All information sessions are held at Tamarac.

2009 Information session dates:
Monday September 21st from 5:30 to 6:30 pm
Tuesday November 10th from 6:00 to 7:00 pm
Monday December 14th from 5:30 to 6:30 pm

2010 Information session dates:
Monday February 8th from 5:30 to 6:30 pm
Tuesday March 30th from 6:00 to 7:00 pm
Monday May 10th from 5:30 to 6:30 pm
Monday June 28th from 5:30 to 6:30 pm
